「JAMDSubmissionEditor」（以下「本アプリ」）は、日本顕微鏡歯科学会の認定医・認定歯科衛生士向け症例動画の作成を支援するための動画編集アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、ユーザーを識別する個人情報を収集しません。
本アプリにはログイン機能、会員登録機能、アカウント作成機能はありません。Apple ID、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等のアカウント情報は取得しません。
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した症例動画を読み込み、端末内でカット編集、テロップ追加、規定チェック、mp4書き出しを行います。
本アプリは、将来的に症例動画の撮影補助機能を提供する可能性があります。カメラを使用する場合も、撮影した動画は端末内で処理され、開発者へ送信されません。
本アプリは、提出動画の確認を補助するため、編集ログJSON、動画ハッシュ、編集ログハッシュ、署名付きメタデータを生成する場合があります。これらはユーザーの端末またはユーザーが選択した保存先に保存されます。

本アプリは、動画、編集ログ、ハッシュ、メタデータ、その他の個人情報を開発者のサーバーまたは第三者サービスへ自動送信しません。
ユーザーが、書き出したmp4ファイルや編集ログをメール、クラウドストレージ、学会提出システム等へ共有する場合、その共有はユーザー自身の操作により行われます。
本アプリは、広告配信、アクセス解析、トラッキング、ユーザー認証、クラウド保存のための第三者SDKを使用しません。
本アプリで作成された動画、編集ログ、ハッシュ情報は、端末内またはユーザーが選択した保存先に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、アプリ内に保存されたローカルデータは端末から削除されます。ただし、ユーザーがファイルアプリ、写真ライブラリ、クラウドストレージ等へ保存または共有したファイルは、それぞれの保存先で管理されます。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
本アプリは、動画処理を原則として端末内で行い、不要な外部送信を行わない設計にしています。生成される編集ログやハッシュ情報は、提出動画の確認を補助する目的で使用されます。
本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリの機能追加や法令等の変更に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリまたは配布ページ上でお知らせします。

"JAMDSubmissionEditor" (the "App") is a video editing app designed to help prepare clinical case videos for JAMD certification submission workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
The App does not collect personally identifiable information.
The App does not provide login, user registration, or account creation. It does not collect Apple ID, name, email address, phone number, or other account information.
The App processes clinical videos selected by the user for trimming, caption insertion, rule checks, and MP4 export on the device.
The App may provide camera-related features in the future. If the camera is used, captured videos will be processed locally on the device and will not be sent to the developer.
The App may generate edit log JSON, video hashes, edit log hashes, and signed metadata to support review of submitted videos. These files are stored on the user's device or in a location selected by the user.

The App does not automatically transmit videos, edit logs, hashes, metadata, or personal information to developer servers or third-party services.
If the user shares exported MP4 files or edit logs via email, cloud storage, or a submission system, such sharing is performed by the user's own action.
The App does not use third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, tracking, user authentication, or cloud storage.
Videos, edit logs, and hash information created by the App are stored locally on the device or in a location selected by the user. Deleting the App removes local data stored within the App. Files saved or shared by the user to the Files app, Photos library, cloud storage, or other locations are managed by those respective locations.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App is designed to process videos locally on the device and avoid unnecessary external transmission. Generated edit logs and hash information are used to support review of submitted videos.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as App features or legal requirements change. Important changes will be announced in the App or on the distribution page.
